Anonymous asked: How do you prepare the paper in a small moleskin journal book to accept mediums? Can you put gesso or gel medium on the paper safely? I am brand new to this form of art. I do have a moleskin small journal with water color paper also. Thanks, M.

If you are starting with a watercolor Moleskine, you don’t have to prep the pages unless you just want to prep. Yes, you can put gesso, gel medium, watercolors, acrylics, glue, or anything else that you want include in your journal. Good luck and above all else, HAVE FUN!!!
